Philly Cheese Steak Cheese Sauce

1 cup heavy cream1⁄2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and pepper to taste

0Heat cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses; let sauce stand several minutes to melt the cheese. Stir in seasonings until blended. Keep sauce warm over low heat until ready to serve.
